      Better than most companies. Salary and benefits are good. Majority of the employees are good to work with so makes it less stressful. No drama.

      sometimes it is a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      pay is lacking. made more than 1 million in profit for the company and am making less than 60k a year. bonus isn't enough to make the hourly worth it. not much opportunity to be promoted or receive pay raises. customers can be frustrating.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Core & Main. My co-workers were nice, and most were supportive. Pay was OK. They embrace the telework concept, and don't make you come to an office if you don't have to be there.

      Cons

      Advancement, at least in my department, was politically motivated.
