Ummm...I don't think there is anything pro about this place, maybe a few staff members and that is it.

Cons

Under paid. Under staffed. Admin thinks they are so smart but really don't know what they are doing. Admin staff is always off somehow or late or leave early knowing they leave departments short but they act like they don't care. Lets just say the list keeps going.

Pay was ok and able to get alot of overtime

Cons

Didnt really care about employees especially during the beginning of covid. barely provided us with masks and didnt care if detainees had covid or not, just wanted to make sure their numbers were up so they could keep getting funded from government
