Pros

Good people at the local level. Those in the field really want to do a good job but get very discouraged with the decisions that come out of corporate.

Cons

I work in the field however interact with the corporate office on a regular basis. I've never seen so much hypocrisy in my life. They claim to care but its just total BS. When I go to the corporate office I am amazed - is this the same company??

2 years ago it was a family atmosphere and enjoyable to go to work.

Cons

Micro managed, minimal accountability for bad employees, squeaky wheel gets the grease, but loyalty seems to mean nothing anymore.
