Pay is decent but still under market value for the positions

Cons

Everything else. From low skilled management to rude HR, the company is filled with many toxic people that enjoy making profit of the imprisonment of others. Inmates are considered “clients” and “residents” because they are property of Core Civic. The advancement to the human good that they promote is to their own pockets and private agendas. All the bad things you’re thinking about this company is true, do not doubt yourself. CC is not worth it simple as that. Employees are currently quitting weekly due to this very reason. Run while you can
