Not a bad paycheck for a small town.

Cons

The insurance is expensive, getting anything done through the insurance is a hassle and bosses don’t back you up.

Great pay, co-workers are friendly

Cons

Mandation is very common, superiors are not very helpful when it comes to responding to incidents and disciplining inmates. They will usually believe inmates over staff members
