The job itself isn’t that bad

Pros

Most of the inmates are genuinely grateful for the care you provide them and it’s rewarding in those instances. As far as a healthcare job, it’s not bad.

Cons

Switching the amount of hours worked, overtime every pay because that’s how it’s “supposed to have been that way all along.” Was working 3 12’s when new warden came and switched it to 4 12’s every other week. Management doesn’t care, no acknowledgement for doing your job and no repercussions for those who don’t.
