Pros

Long term career, promotions, and salary

Cons

Trying to get time off is hard. When working on a 24 hour clock it would be nice to get vacation days approved.

Pros

Only if your AZ/TX/CA Federal Contract or Marshall contracts the pay good will be alright.

Cons

No compliance, meritorious based on Seniority (clique) or safe environment and no honor for the "boots on the ground staff" who are the pillars of the facility. No break always on the run. The zero tolerance rule is a total shame not helpful for the ethical well rounded individual, is only based generally on a he or she said bases without actual facts or previous performance. Too the medical insurance at federal contracts should be honor as contracted.
