      Why all the change?

      You receive a paycheck every two weeks.

      Cons

      The IT department is going through too many changes all at once. No one has a clue what is going on. Upper management doesn't trust anyone to do the work and likes to point fingers when things go awry. Moral is at an all time low. The entire organization thinks that the IT department is a joke. It has become near impossible for the facilities to get any kind of support due to all the hoops one needs to jump through to get approvals. Stay away from this department, There are much better IT departments and companies to work for out there.

      They Don’t Stand By What They Preach

      I went threw a weeks training and 1 day on the job, when I realized that they don’t stand by what they teach you!

      Cons

      Everything is a con! They teach you all this hood stuff but don’t stand by it.
