Several paid holidays. Not much else in the way of pros.

Cons

The facility I was at didn't observe their own companies policy's. A persons advancement was based on what in crowd they were with. No room for advancement.

Too Much Work For the Pay

The job is easy, pay is ok, and most of the people that you work with are courteous.

Cons

The supervisors do not have people skills. They don't appreciate you even though they call you at the last minute to come in early or to stay late.
