This is a growing company that has great learning opportunities for someone looking to run a yoga studio.

Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to learn how to run a yoga studio. The instructors and other studio managers are a fun group of people. You basically get to work with your friends. With the company growing so rapidly, there's opportunity for fast growth.

Cons

It's a lot of hard work put into running a studio and the pay doesn't match the work put in. Other than that, there really isn't much to not like about working for CorePower Yoga.

Opportunity to learn to teach other formats by internal training or discounted training, opportunity to sub frequently, free yoga, discounts on retail & products, good teacher training

Cons

High instructor turn-over, poor management both at studio level and corporate level, corporate rarely cancels classes and the instructor is responsible for finding subs, even if it is an emergency,

A really really great vibe at Corepower. I am an undergrdauate student and part time the yoga sculpt classes. I have absolutely loved it and it has played a large role in my life in terms of meeting people, staying fit, and keeping myself balanced.

Cons

CorePower pay is absolutely awful. $8.50 for your first 30 classes you teach and then $16 + thereafter. Pretty terrible in comparison to other studios. 15% off a Lululemon is the only perk
