Cons

Insanely high cost of membership for inadequate studios. Cleanliness - absolutely filthy Maintenance - heat sometimes works (in a hot yoga studio), other items like drinking fountain take months to fix Leadership - non-existent, incompetent Employee compensation - inconsistent, does not meet expectations for marketplace equity Owned by private equity - only cares about their bottom line DEI - entirely performative

You get a discounted membership to CPY, a very expensive chain of heated yoga studios. Flexible hours

Cons

It’s absolutely filthy in the studios. Every time you go into clean, you wonder if there are literally any other SET members actually cleaning because there is literal mold in the bathrooms. Worse, some of the teachers look down in you and won’t even talk to you when you come in for your shift, as if you’re less than them or something. I really hated working there and was disgusted by my experience. I quit, cancelled my membership, and haven’t been back.
