It's ok at the start but lackluster as you stay

The team I worked on was filled with great people who helped each other out.

Cons

- Unless you're upper management, you don't get a say in how to run your team. I was getting told how to do my job by people who didn't know my day to day. - Communication was poor and talks of promotions was misleading and never came through.

Good benes and annual pay raise with option to advance No micro manage

Cons

To advance must be on work time only , no OT to do this which gives you little time. No ammetities and management will not hold your hand.
