A terrific company to work for in a fast paced environment

Pros

Fast-paced, never a dull day. The DCO team is structured to allow personnel to learn all facets of data center operations, and allows for promoting within. A lot to learn and plenty of tools and personnel to teach you.

Cons

I'm guessing tight profit margins call for the company to run a little lean, which can seem overwhelming at times.
