- Work life balance does not exist at all. You are expected and required to immediately address all issues as soon as they arise
- There has been 0 feedback collected from IC's in my 1 year of working here
- There is 0 investment in fixing any problems. Those that complain are ignored, lambasted, or forced out altogether
- Most FTE's are brought in by referral. Most natrual applicants get contracts or lower pay
- 0 career development as 50% of managers don't even know how to do the job of their direct reports
- The solution is always 'fire and hire' with 0 investigation into why average tenure is .8 years
- Too many people are unaware/uncaring that their sloth and incompetence makes life miserable for those that actually get work done
