Pros

Lovely company culture, this is some of the smartest people i have ever worked with building something truly unique. Its like a big family of geeks with hyperfocus on creating something that has never been built before. Excellent future career opportunities for anyone who is ready to dive in and get their hands dirty.

Cons

It is a startup for sure, with all the pains that come with it. However, still the most fun ride i have been on for a long time.
