Pros

Incredibly inclusive and diverse organization, people of all traces performing exceedingly high quality work while always maintaining a fun atmosphere, they pay to help upskill you through whatever learnings or certs you look to attain, the management listens and works with it's employees to empower them to be their best selves. The actual product we deliver and service is unparalleled in such an evolutionary market and it is amazing to watch that transformative experience day to day. A promising company with overworked employees

Pros

CoreWeave is an amazing place to work, there are a high number of very intelligent and motivated people who are customer minded and working on building some amazing technology. It's a cliche, but I am genuinely excited to see where the company goes in the next few years. There's a lot of plans and the willingness to provide the proper engineering and customer support to ensure that our clients have the best experience possible. Even if there are conflicts, I have never felt that anyone in the company wasn't willing to hear each other out, and work towards growth.

Cons

I'll be straightforward: you will be overworked here. If you value a solid work life balance, I cannot recommend CoreWeave in its current state despite how much I enjoy being here. The support and engineering teams in particular are expected to be "on" and at times, there's a lot of growing pains as we can only hire and train enough to match the amount of hours and time everyone is expected to work. Sometimes, I think our willingness to be customer centric also gives clients unrealistic expectations of what they should expect from engineering teams in terms of personalized support, which causes strain on a number of teams at the company. And further exacerbates the lack of work life balance. Training and up-skilling is still very much in the early stages, much of what you get is learn as you go
