      Pros

      Flexible hybrid remote working environment. Great compensation, benefits and incentive structure. C-Level ensures you are well equipped to over perform and cares about your success. Ownership culture ensures everyone is aligned in both personal success and therefore the success of the company. This is a fantastic place to work and it's a special time to become a part of something truly bound for greatness.

      In my first 6 months I can say with complete honesty I have not yet encountered any cons of working here.

      * Everyone working here is passionate and incredibly smart * You get to make a huge impact and work on projects that actually matter * Health Benefits are the best I've ever had * Leadership is incredibly in tune with the engineering team to deliver a quality product.
