If you're into performative positivity, chaotic leadership, and watching great talent get flushed down the drain while the execs cash out—boy, do I have a company for you!

Cons

Leadership lives in a Parallel universe - pun intended. The CEO floats in a dreamworld of “everything’s fine,” while entire teams get axed. The CPO? A walking disaster with no technical grasp—singlehandedly steering the products into irrelevance with the elegance of a blindfolded toddler at the wheel. The CMO is nice enough, if you're into leadership that’s allergic to direction. Layoffs are frequent and surgical targeting the knowledgeable, the loyal, and the competent. Promotions? Reserved for the well-connected and under-qualified. If you were chasing professional growth, expect to sink in the mud and gain nothing but regret in this company that is full of broken promises. Recognition doesn’t exist unless you’re adept at stealing credit. Innovation is dead, panic is the strategy, and everyone with a functioning brain cell has either been fired or is looking for an exit.

Cant think of any. They promise a lot to their employees before hiring them and then lay them off under the guise of "restructuring". they're offshoring all jobs to the philippines. And if you see a new job posting dont bother applying if you're a Canadian citizen. HR needs to interview a minimum number of Canadian citizens before they can justify offshoring the job.

Cons

They waste your time. They're looking to offshore all jobs to the philippines. dont bother applying. besides who uses Corel Draw anymore? It's a dinosaur company filled with people looking to coast into retirement.
