Very poor management CEO can't keep to one decision, is very selfish and does not think about his employees. Some department managers are useless, do not know their own jobs, do not understand their own technology and processes

Pros

young hardworking staff, good GM

Cons

CEO- has no sense of strategy, keeps changing his mind. due to his erratic ever-changing strategy, a lot of staff has left and can guarantee that company would not go anywhere under his vision. Accoutnant- young, inexperienced person as a group accoutnant is an issue, as again has no leadership qualities- too young and inexperienced to be a group accoutnant. Sense favouritism .

Pros

Coretex has some talented staff. The products are mostly really good and since they design and make it themselves its constantly being improved. Forward vision of the market needs is also well in hand. If you are really good at your trade you may have a future here. If not, dont bother.

Cons

Its disorganized. there is a lack of depth to the experience that is getting worse as disgruntled employees leave. I have seen long term staff walk in frustration and new staff bail as soon as they realize they have little management in a hostile environment without the appropriate rewards or freedom of expression. The culture has improved from what it was shortly after the merger but has a way to go. Do as you are told, thinking for yourself is not going to help you.
