Pros

Fast growing company with global opportunities and headquartered in NZ. Very intelligent group of people working on complex technology solutions. If you work hard you get rewarded well.

Cons

Merger caused conflicts in some areas but company now seems well poised well to take advantage of the global opportunities

CEO is awful. Most of the previous senior engineers have left. The CMO Tim is writing fake reviews here to cover up how bad it is.

Not much left anymore unfortunately.

Cons

Many to quote in fact. Most of the Smart and A-Players left the company as things have gone beyond repair. Such a wastage of talent. Too much attrition in no time and still the management not learning from blunders (ill treating the employees and wasting all the potential; mis-management despite being a small-medium sized company).
