Salary is low This is one of the worst managed companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of working for. The owners and c-level executives have some of the biggest egos on the planet. Super high turnover. They have an inferior product that is much more expensive than competitors. Stay away from this company

Decent pay when hired. Flash office. Brand name clients. Looks good on resume.

Cons

ZERO company culture here, borderline manipulative upper management techniques. Avoid at all costs, you have no idea how bad SWE roles can get at companies that operate like this. Pays very well to begin with but hard to secure pay rises 2 , 3 or 4 years down the track.
