      Largest hospital org in the state of Michigan (is that a pro?)

      Cons

      Working with an org that has merged a couple of times really breaks company culture. I may be pining for the old days of Lakeland where the management stuck by their word, up until they sold out to Spectrum then merged into Corewell.

      The company allowed us to be remote. We are able to flex and build CTO quickly.
