As a regional flex nurse you work up to 5 different hospitals (there are other options to choose up to 3 hospitals). You place the days you can work (36 hours a month commitment minimum without mandatory holidays or hard to fill days) and you will receive information days to 2 hours before shift at which of the 5 hospitals to work. I like change so I like it. Base pay $69.29, afternoon shift differential $2.75, midnight shift differential $7.50, weekend shift differential $2

Cons

It can be hard to navigate how each hospital is different in policies for patient care. No healthcare benefits for regional flex nurses or the nurses who chooses 3 hospitals.
