      Good health benefits and great remote options for tech

      Cons

      They will replace you on a whim. Options to advance were very limited and pay increases never kept with inflation despite excellent reviews.

      Benefits are great, from 401k to health insurance and more. Plenty of mental health support for frontline roles, as well, at no cost.

      Hours are long and the public can be stressful.

      Pros

      Direct care staff are great. Work as a team. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Hospital leadership allows for poor treatment of staff by director and mid level managers. Had ridiculous staff turnover due to mistreatment yet no one seemed bothered by this despite HR being notified many times over years.
