Pros
PTO is good, flexibility with PTO and short notice on schedule changes. Some coworkers are amazing.
Cons
The workload is so heavy. You can be in tears asking for help and they will only throw more work on you. Currently doing the job of about 3 people. Pay sounds good until you actually do the work, 50+ hours a week just to complete bare minimum work. Some coworkers will ask you to do literally everything rather than helping you out or trying to figure it out themselves. Even when you tell them how to do it, they won't.
