      I work with a lot of great people. They are passionate about our mission and strive for improving the health of our community.

      Cons

      We are undergoing a merger which has resulted in some cuts. Additionally, IT is being asked to do more without a correlating increase in staffing. There is uncertainty about what awaits after the main IT integration tasks have been completed.
