      Pros

      Large level 1 trauma and stroke center. As a result we have the resources and ability to triage and treat high acuity cases.

      Cons

      New merger and name change feels more like a monopoly. Has big corporation feel that is more demanding of workers to elevate profit margins for shareholders to work more with less manpower and resources. Discouraging after the demand during Covid. We (healthcare professionals) proved that we could do more with less and that is now the expectation.
