      Pros

      Easy job to get experience from . It’s laid back but can get busy . Nothing overwhelming. Outpatient schedule is great either 7-3:30p or 9:30-6pm

      Cons

      Full time start pay is 16.12hr, while contingent is $18hr . They both are the same position. Contingent just requires you to work minimum 1 day a month with no insurance .

      Benefits, retirement, 3 day work week at 12hrs per shift

      Cons

      Mandates vary between shifts being cut and working ot. Weekends on are set and have to be traded out of. Holiday work schedule seniority based requiring decades of service depending on unit.
