      All of our issues, dysfunction, and unethical practices can be ignored and twisted when we say these magic words: we're saving lives! Patients! Healthcare! *Resume corruption*

      The people with the real power are one or more of the following: - Related through marriage - Family friends - Worked with each other from several mergers and years ago - Demographically homogenous As a result there's a lot of inequitable hiring practices where, magically, if you're not any of the above, you just aren't ready for the next level!

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits for the education requirement. Overtime is entirely voluntary and almost always available with time and a half compensation.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership generating a corrupted process path leading to unsolvable systemic issues that'll slowly make you cynical. Workload can often be unreasonably hectic.

      They will work you to death if not careful

      Cons

      Feels as though this company only cares for profits now. We recieved a 2% raise but they( who own Priority Health) raised insurance cost by 7% so it really was a 5% decrease in pay.
