Pros

OK insurance and PTO-if you can get approved for time

Recent "corporate" changes- West and South Corewell Health-not yet applied to East but will be. Our 2nd break was taken away, we are only allowed 1 15 minute break and one 30 minute lunch- the second 15min break is now 15 min personal time to be broken up throughout the day to use for bathroom breaks and water breaks or a breather. Back to back calls can not turn the phone to anything other then available or call wrap up and if your in call wrap up to long your get spoken to-even if your reg several appts. They don't care about you as a person they care solely on the calls being answered and the time it takes you to complete the call. It's a number and times quota now. They will replace you in a heartbeat. What other place makes you use your your second break to specifically get water, coffee or go to the bathroom? I'm sure the managers get up and go anytime they want to. Whatever. The department schedule is only allowed to have one person off for pto at a time. The screens and phones are recorded even your "second" personal line is recorded. I learned the hard way. I hate being a number
