      Pros

      I really enjoy that we rotate up to every 4 hours through different parts of the ED, makes time go by quickly and avoid getting burnout of being with the same patients/ acuity level for long periods of time. Very high patient volume, learn a lot in a short period of time.

      Cons

      The raises are minimal, pay isn't very competitive compared to other hospitals.
