      Pros

      If you get hurt, you're already at a medical location so you can get treatment.

      Cons

      180 day probation that they dangle in your face. Priority Health is their Healthcare plan and it doesn't cover anything. They will work you to the bone and they don't care about what's going on at home, they want you to leave it at they door. Even if you're losing your home.

      Has become very impersonal. Their focus on growth has resulted in poor decisions. Their executive leadership team is the weakest it’s been in 30+ years.

      The people I've interacted with, overall, are caring, intelligent, and hard working.

      Cons

      Spectrum Health / Corewell Health had been a great place to work for many years but with the recent integration with Beaumont Health there have been layoffs and additional & unrealistic workload.
