Pros

Hours are flexible, especially if you are a full-time student, which a majority of workers are in my department. The school, in general, is run by very adept managers including the current director of the Cornell Store--who has turned the store around 180 degrees for the better!

Cons

More opportunities to climb the management ladder of my department
