Pros

Academic wise, Cornell is one of the Ivy league universities and is very strong in computer science research. Location wise, Ithaca is a beautiful town with very low criminal rate.

Cons

Ithaca is far away from any major big cities. Local airport is tiny and prone to flight delay and cancellation. Winter is long and cold.
