Pros

The hours are flexible as long as you are working a minimum of 10 hours

Cons

The job description says that employees will be doing transcription, coding, data analysis, etc. but all your time is spent calling people whose phone numbers have been generated by a random digit dial. Therefore you essentially become telemarketer trying to convince people to complete very long surveys. Also, some of the supervisors are not the friendliest.
