Customers in that part of town where ridiculously demanding, management changes to recipes only made matters worse.

Learn a lot, Great experiences, no late hours. Very responsive upper management. Highly demanding, but if you put up with the ridiculous demands and requests of you, there is opportunities abound.

Cons

A lot depends on your supervisor, there are a few bad GM's. If you get lucky and your GM treats you right, it is an awesome company to work for.
