Pros

You get free drinks, half off food, even when you bring your family on off days. Since I was hired for a new store opening, I received great training. The hours go by fast if you work with a great crew. Most of the customers were awesome to interact with.

Cons

The managers often micro-managed, which is very annoying, it seems as though you have to work there forever for promotions.

the pay is decent, anything over 40 hours is overtime, i averaged 50+ hours a week.

Cons

unless you have OPEN availability you will not get promoted. closing shifts are from 1130-10pm, which is your full day. The GM's have been there forever so promotions into that position are far and few. the AD's dont have a clue what goes on in the stores.
