You learn a lot because you touch on different parts of the business. The team is very supportive when you need help.

Cons

People quit a lot and you don't find out until you need that person for something. There's always a reason why you don't get your raise. There is no standard practice being used to measure if you have performed your task for the year. Things are very reactive.
