Plenty of overtime, room to learn. Quarterly gainshare program. 2weeks vacation and 40hours sick time. 401k

Cons

Management could be improved on. A lot of "who you know" mentality. Very repetitive work days. No heat or AC except in break room. Very loud work environment ( ear plugs mandatory).
