      Pros

      The pay similar to other companies in the area. Some of the managers are great people

      Cons

      HR is none attentive and will not address your needs. There is favoritism in the management starting with HR. The lack of security of the facility puts employees in danger. High turnover in the management team High turnover in the hourly team They hire convicts straight out of prison. Many physical fights between employees. They don't appreciate their employees

      Starting pay is good and can switch shifts easily if the hours no longer accommodate your schedule also decent room to move up

      Cons

      Buildin is a little old however its supposed to get remodeled this year
