      Pros

      Location and management are very open with employees and carry out the "open-door" policy well. They really look out for employees that put in work. There are a number of opportunities to join at various skill levels. Even job / plant transfers are options if you want to look at moving within or out of state.

      Cons

      The company as a whole struggles like most other companies these days to attract new employees. It seems you have to quit and re-apply to get the going wages for certain positions. More and more entry level employees are making more than specific skill-set employees.

      You have to have drive

      Pros

      Even though there is good management, you need to really push your self to expand the position. The techs are required more and more to handle the responsibility that inside schedulers and coordinators used to handle for them. This can be hard for some but it makes you a more self sufficient worker that can soon take on more responsibility and grow. There is oversight on expenditures but as long as you provide proper backup for everything nothing is questions. They spare no expense to provide you with the tools and even supplementary courses and certificates to make you a better tech.

      Cons

      The company keeps growing so this compounds the growing pains. This is anything from changes in how things run, changes in management and other inside positions, the health benefits (that got more expensive) and how we integrate with the new companies we acquired and merged with.
