Pros

Cornerstone cares about their employees. More than I have ever seen at any other company. We all work very hard in the mortgage business but working for Cornerstone feels like a partnership. It is a blessing to work for such a caring company!

Cons

Cornerstone is unique to other mortgage companies, but I really wouldn't consider this a con as much as I would consider this is what sets us apart from others.

Pros

Allows an MLO to grow as an individual at their own pace. Solid UW and can get the deal done. Firm foundation on which to stand.

Cons

A lot of individuals with out a lot of team. Technology and associated hardware could be updated. Not everyone is a large team.
