Pros

I have never worked for a company like Cornerstone Home Lending that takes the time and effort to recognize you as their employee with value & talents. I have been employed for 4 years and plan to retire with Cornerstone.

Cons

Well honestly I can't think of a con for Cornerstone, I am not saying were a perfect company but we make it work our employer listens to their employees voices and take action. I love that we have a voice.

Cornerstone is the best company I have ever worked for.

Pros

One of the best reasons to work at Cornerstone is the support. You constantly have access to not only management but also an extreme amount of resources. Everyone in the company is friendly. The training you receive is outstanding. Cornerstone is always offering some sort of wellness program because they care about the employees health and wellness. Great opportunities to grow within. I started 5 years ago as a receptionist basically and today I am a Loan Officer Assistant. Cornerstone provides resources for you to grow and training is provided in all aspects. Not only do you enjoy the work you do but it's always much more beneficial to work for a company you love.

Cons

I don't have any downsides to working for Cornerstone. My 5 years here have been wonderful and I plan to continue with Cornerstone for as long as I can.
