This company makes you feel like you are part of an organization that is making a difference. There is a strong emphasis placed on helping people achieve their goals. Teamwork and cooperation between departments are highly valued. Employees are treated with respect and dignity. Work/Life balance is much appreciated. People are very welcoming and there to help whenever needed. Interview process itself was pretty easy and straight forward. The recruiter and the director both were very detailed on what is expected and were prompt with their decision. Overall very pleased with my job and will continue to work for this company for a long time.

Honestly, none at this time. Very pleased with everything so far.
