      Pros

      I have been with Cornerstone for a year now, and it has been nothing but amazing. The growth and knowledge I've gained is beyond my belief. I have so many opportunities here, my co-workers are wonderful. I have the best three bosses in the world, who are flexible, sympathetic and always willing to teach me moor. The CEO of the company takes time out of his day to ensure that you are noticed, and taken care of. Everyone in the company is genuine, caring, and would do anything to help you succeed!

      Pros

      I cant say enough good things about this company. Where do I start... Not only do we as employees truly care about the families we are serving but we also care about each other. The team environment here is unlike anything I have ever experienced.

      Cons

      Downsides... Sick time/vacation doesn't roll over to the next year (use it or lose it) and the medical insurance is a little on the high side. Overall the pros by far out weigh the cons!
