      I have been at Cornerstone for two years with over 35 years in the Industry. I can say Cornerstone continues to be one of the best companies I have been fortunate enough to be part of the team. Management cares about you as a person as well as provides you with the best tools to help you be very successful each and every day. I will continue to highly recommend this company as a great place to work as I have done in the past. Everyone I have recommended to join the team tells me every chance they get how happy they are to be here.

      Pros

      Although I have been in the business for close to 20 years, I have never worked at a lending company that had such excellent training available. That really stands out. Always someone to call, a webinar to take, they send out the latest updates to keep us all informed. The compliance department is 100% on top of everything. It is a very confident and secure feeling knowing that we are so well taken care of. We work as a team with everyone reaching out and doing their part and willing to lend a hand.

      Cons

      I truly have no cons working at Cornerstone. I have been lucky enough to work here for two years. I have never looked back and love the people I work with, the system and resources that are available to me do not compare. We are a team. We help each other.
