With all of the changes to our industry over the past few years, a lot of the fun in this industry seems to have disappeared. I asked myself more than once why I was still in this industry. I realized that I LOVE working with the clients and helping them to achieve their dream home. When I was introduced to Cornerstone Home Lending, I was actually in shock that there was a company who TRULY shared my values and standards for serving the customers. CHL has exceeded my expectations for an employer. They are VERY respectful to ALL of their employees, recognizing each individual for the value that they bring to their team. They 100% support the employees to provide the tools necessary to be the best in the industry. There a multiple sales tools to assist the Loan Officers to be successful. They are like a family who wants each person to achieve their goals and to be successful. The management team cheers you on. It is once again, fun to be in this industry! We recently found out that our son had to have a third surgery within the past two years to remove a tumor. While we are thankful that it is benign, it is still been physically and emotionally challenging for him and our family. The management team at Cornerstone could not be more supportive and flexible as we have gone through the surgery and recovery. It is priceless.

Sincerely, CHL provides so much support for the sales staff, that we have take one step at a time and become an expert on available marketing tools, technology, and programs before moving on to the next tool/programs that are available to us to building our business. Its like being in a candy store.
