      Happy to be a part of this corporation for over five years now! I am truly blessed to know and work with the professionals here, especially those on my team. We're like a family and this my second home. I can honestly say that I love my job and feel appreciated for my time and efforts. I've been given the opportunity to learn and grow in my career and I have no desire to look for employment elsewhere. Looking forward to many more years with Cornerstone Home Lending and excited for what the future holds for myself and my co-workers!

      Pros

      Cornerstone is a wonderful place to work! The company treats their employees' personal and professional development as a top priority. As a result the workplace is filled with people who take pride in their work and have fun doing it. Management is very supportive, in an industry with constantly changing regulations you are never on your own.

      Cons

      I have heard that it can be difficult to move between branches but I believe an internal hiring procedure is being implemented.
