I love working at Cornerstone because there are so many caring people who show concern for each other on both a personal and professional level. I have always felt appreciated and valued, and have always felt like management cares very much about the people that work for them.

Honest , Fair, Core Values, Family oriented, I have been at Cornerstone for over 13 years. This being the only mortgage company I have worked for ( and I plan it staying the only one) I don't have another to compare it too. BUT...people I know who are in the industry and in other professions are just amazed at what I say about Cornerstone. Cornerstone is everything I said above and more. People are pleasant to work with here at corporate or branch to branch. Soon you become family. And the head of the family are Marc and Judy. They care for all of us. We not are not just their employees. They really care. They provide training for your job. They want you to succeed. And it's also important to Marc and Judy we have have fun along the way. Socials, contest and one of my favorites is Halloween contest that includes the whole company! We not only have a great training team but a fantastic PR department. Very creative people! And benefits. And we get our birthday off! Where do I stop! I'm proud to work at Cornerstone. Who wouldn't?
