I have been an employee for three years, and I can say without exception, that this is a company who really cares about their employees, and demonstrates that by always providing great support from senior and executive management. Employees receive "thank-you" emails throughout the year from senior and executive management, as well as words of encouragement. Cornerstone provides an excellent on-line Loan Standards Policy manual, which is an invaluable tool for underwriters, loan officers, processors and closers. It is truly a privilege to be an employee of Cornerstone, and I am happy and proud to be a part of this great "family" !
